As with any type of forecast, there is always some uncertainty. Dust can pick-up without warning in parts of the city–especially during the summer–reducing visibility and lowering air quality.

Dubai weather and climate
Dubai's weather is very hot and humid during the Summer (June through September) and mild during Winter (November through February) with cool nights.
In the Summer, the months of June through August should be avoided to visit because of intense heat and high humidity. During this season, most of the outdoor venues are closed and reopen in October.
Normally, Dubai has clear skies and lots of sun. Rain is a welcome sight when it happens, usually for a week, in December or January.
November and April are two transitional months were the weather is turning but is still comfortable, and the crowds have not arrived yet.
