The Twilight Saga: Eclipse is a 2010 fantasy drama and the third installment of the Twilight franchise, adapted from a series of novels by Stephanie Meyer. The film is directed by David Slade, starring Kristen Stewart, Robert Pattinson, and Taylor Lautner, reprising their roles as Bella Swan, Edward Cullen, and Jacob Black, respectively.
In Eclipse, lovestruck teenager Bella must choose between her vampire boyfriend Edward and werewolf Jacob.
This is the first Twilight movie to be released in IMAX.
Eclipse will be releasing in the USA on 30 June 2010. It is expected to release in Dubai cinemas on 8 July 2010.

Well, we can’t say for sure since that’s up to the cinema companies. But, we’d expect that a big money making movie like Eclipse will still be showing in some of the bigger cinemas like the Ibn Battuta Megaplex.

i just wanna know if they are still going to show ECLIPSE in IMAX Ibn Battuta because until now there are no any confirmation yet about it. It would be really disappointing if they’re not going to release it in IMAX Ibn Battuta, as this is the first Twilight movie that was released in IMAX.

Twilight Eclipse is a BIG money-making film. We expect it to be available in cinemas for 4-6 weeks after its UAE release date. Films on the IMAX screens (at Ibn Battuta) ususally run even longer than that.
No, don’t expect it in 3D. But it is being released in IMAX (much bigger screen but no 3D) in the US, and we expect it to be available in IMAX in Dubai as well at the Grand Megaplex cinema in Ibn Battuta.
Twilight Eclipse should premier in all major Dubai cinemas. You can get a map of the cinemas as well as contact numbers here.
You can book tickets a week in advance at most major cinemas like Reel Cinemas at the Dubai Mall, Grand Cinemas, Cinestar, and Cinemacity in Mirdif. Advanced booking is highly recommended for this film!
Yes, the movie will have subtitles in Arabic as most movies do released in the UAE.

Twilight Eclipse has not been filmed in 3D. It will however, be released in IMAX in the US.
