The 67th Golden Globes 2010 gave top honors to the biggest film of the year, Avatar, setting up James Cameron for a possible sequel to his plethora of awards for Titanic. Avatar has already grossed US$ 1.6 billion worldwide compared to Titanic’s US$ 1.8 billion.

Other notable winners were Sandra Bullock for the football tale The Blind Side, Meryl Streep for the Julia Child story Julie & Julia, Robert Downey Jr. for Sherlock Holmes and Austrian actor Christoph Waltz for his performance in Inglourious Basterds.

One of our favorite comedy’s of last year, The Hangover won for best musical or comedy, while Up won for the best animated film.
