Global Village opens for 2009-2010

Global Village–Dubai’s eagerly anticipated multi-cultural theme park–opened for the 2009-2010 season from Sunday, 22 November and will remain open for 98 days until 27 February, 2010.
In its fourteenth year, Global Village will feature 31 pavilions with more than 45 countries and cultures represented.
Aside from the pavilion, several shows are planned throughout the season, including the Human Cannonball, the Chinese Flying Pole Show, the Bounce Trampoline stunt show and 6,000 other performances.
Global Village at Dubailand is open to the public from 4pm to midnight except Thursday, Friday, and Saturday when it’s open till 1am. Monday’s are families-only night. Tickets are 10 AED per person and a VIP pack is also available.
Global Village is a family friendly environment with fun fair rides, restaurants, and weekend firework displays.
