Totally agree about the not-so-big portion! The menu board looked all juicy and generous BUT when the burger arrived, my hunger deflated!
Am never really a fan for petite burgers with an expensive pricetag, slow service too.
I rather pay this much at fuddruckers :)

WOULD DEFINITELY NOT EAT THERE AGAIN!!! In fairness to their food, it’s not bad at all… But the SERVICE? Oufff! It’s ridiculously bad! Thanks to MARICRIS (the cashier on duty when my hubby & I dined in) for the very very unpleasant experience she gave us. It was our 1st time to try this chain and obviously being a first timer, chances of not being familiar of what to order is usual. When i got my turn to place my order the “rude attitude” of this staff came out. I had ordered a fatburger meal and she started murmuring “fat or skinny?” she’s literally “murmuring” despite of the food court crowd’s noise. Then here comes the annoying part, she asked me “drinks?” (shortcut of what would you like to drink?) I asked her back “what are the options?” instead of answering me, she makes face & scratched her head in front of us in a manner like she is so irritated with my question. I think this body language indicates that she is trying to tell me that I’m stupid of asking her what the options for drinks are. Isn’t it too bad? Even if I still wanted to order more, I just stopped, thinking that it’s such a shame on me to waste her time attending to me. Another thing, for the entire duration of our transaction, she’ didn’t even spare a second to look, smile or even say thank you like any other staff normally does. All this conversation takes place in spite of talking with her in our country language. If she was able to treat us that way despite of being her “kabayan”, what more those fellow from different part or this world? I think the management of this restaurant should prioritize to train or teach their staff first to treat the customers properly before teaching them to shout their customers’ order. She (MARICRIS of FATBURGER DUBAI MALL) really made a very good experience for us that made us decide NOT to eat there again and warn our friends and relatives as well. Transaction date: 01/27/10 / Host: Maricris / Time: 8:38PM / Transaction # 20150.
